2019 t0 2020 saw me embark upon the biggest single image I have ever created, a private commission depicting a fantasy bar room brawl.
The original has long since shipped, but the plan had been to make a life size poster as the central part of my show stand for 2020, accompanied by a mix of different prints. That never happened, and I never got to properly share the finished painting.
I guess better late than never...
I did, briefly, exhibit the original during my open studio day. I provided a list of things you might look out for in the painting, here are a few examples:
A slotted spoon being used as a weapon.
A Snake Eyes die roll
Two Ace of Hearts playing cards.
A portal to another realm.
A fire breathing dragon.
A messenger bat.
Bird poo.
How many goblins are there?
A minotaur family.
Raining coins.
A cat, dog and snake.
